Mid West Occupational Health Service (MWOHS) provides occupational health services to industry and commerce. The purpose of the service is to be the preferred provider of highly professional and unique occupational health and support services throughout the mid west region of Ireland. The service is tailored to suit you, the client, and is developed to incorporate all health requirements. The principal objective is to develop the occupational health initiatives within the company and therefore ensure stability and growth.

Dr. Stephen Flynn graduated in 1967 from UCD. He was conferred Associate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom, and a member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (MFOM) in 1980, becoming a Fellow in 1991. He became a Member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine in 1994. He was the founding member of Mid-West Occupational Health Service in 1972. He is a Past President of the Irish Society of Occupational Medicine (I.S.O.M.) and has been a member of the International Commission on Occupational Health (I.C.O.H.) since 1984. He is a specialist trainer appointed by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and has been appointed as Medical Assessor for “The Injuries Board”. |

Dr. Pat Lee graduated in 1978 from UCC. He attained a Diploma in Safety, Health and Welfare at Work in 1991, and he was also awarded the Licentiate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (LFOM) by the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, via examination, in 1991. He is now a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, and also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He is a Member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (M.A.C.O.E.M.) and national secretary of the International Commission on Occupational Health (I.C.O.H.). He has been a partner in Mid-West Occupational Health since 1982 and he is a Specialist Trainer appointed by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He is also a Past President of the Irish Society of Occupational Medicine (I.S.O.M.) and a member of the Board of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He has also been appointed as Medical Assessor for “The Injuries Board”. |
